A Place to Land
A new fireplace established the architectural heart of the room, while custom built-in seating drew everyone in around it. What was once an open, underused space now anchors the family's everyday life, a natural place to land at the end of the day.

The Design
A new fireplace became that architectural anchor, with custom built-in seating shaping an intimate spot to gather. Every proportion and material was considered so the new elements would feel like they'd always belonged.
The Result What was once an underused room now feels complete, a fireplace and bench seating turned an empty corner into the natural heart of the home.
